Inside Sales Executive / Customer Service Representative
Audio Video Interactive Inc. is seeking to hire a dynamic inside sales representative to join our sales department, located in Burlington, ON. We have an immediate opening for a customer- focused individual to develop new business and increase market share.

The successful candidate will play a key role in effectively articulating AVI's corporate messages in a consultative solution selling approach to successfully promote AVI's products and services. The ideal candidate will be viewed as the Retail Digital Signage subject-matter expert for customers; therefore critical to success in this role is an in-depth knowledge of the company's solutions, market intelligence, and a keen interest in technology. The successful candidate must be comfortable speaking with F1000, small and medium business customers, as well as, individual users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and qualifying leads; effectively managing a sales pipeline; achieving revenue targets of direct sales of AVI's offerings; and engaging carrier and channel partners as appropriate. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, strategic thinker who is motivated by a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

• Act as the main contact for customers on a daily basis
• Build and cultivate customer relationships with a focus on continuous client expansion
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
• Gather client information and analyze their needs, using a successful
  methodology
• Carry out detailed sales research profiling across targeted accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, develop lead generation and set up appointments
• Offer support to members of the sales team while improving product sales to both existing and potential customers
• Maintain database, run monthly reports
• Process customer orders as efficiently as possible in order to meet the customer's needs
• Advise customers on products, prices and availability
• Answer technical questions as required

This position will pay commensurate with experience.
